BIRCH brings together interdisciplinary researchers to conduct innovative research around biodiversity.
We are creating new biodiversity knowledge, through student research internships designed to work across different disciplines. Through these creative interdisciplinary collaborations we can address the biodiversity crisis and create a transition toward a sustainable and biodiverse world.
BIRCH was established in 2023 and we are currently seeking financial support for student internships in 2025 and beyond!
